THE CONDO
Located on the main floor of a gated Hacienda style development this 1 bedroom condo comfortably accommodates 2 adults or 2 adults and 1 child. The complex is gated and very quiet. There is a common swimming pool right outside of your door as well as a common roof top terrace with a palapa.
Coming out of the development you will be looking at 5th Avenue just 1 small block away and the most awaited Sandy White Beach and turquoise Caribbean Sea is to either direction and down about 2 blocks. That's about 300 meters.
LIVING/DINING AREA
The living area faces the entrance of the condo where you have easy view to the swimming pool yet blinds for privacy should you require it. The space has a ceiling fan as well as Air Conditioner.
There is an L-shaped Sofa and a solid wooden cushioned arm-chair. There is a TV with cable that includes HBO and children TV. There is also access to Netflix and a BlueRay DVD.
And of course we can't forget the hammock that can be hung across just waiting for you.
The space is open to a 4 place dining table.
KITCHEN
Kitchen is Mexican style with live colors. It is fully equipped from all your day to day items such as fridge, stove, kettle, coffee maker, microwave, blender, toaster and right down to Tupperware you can take with you to the beach.
BEDROOM
Bedroom also faces the common area with swimming pool and comes with privacy blinds, ceiling fan and A/C.
There is a King Size bed along with a spacious closet which contains a safe for all your important items.
You will also find a chest drawer and built in shelves for easy access of other items you may need regularly.
