From the moment you walk through the front door, you will be impressed by the amount of space this villa has to offer. The large kitchen is just off the entrance and has lots of cupboards, a gas stove, and everything you'll need to cook up a gourmet meal!
Past the kitchen, you'll find the dining area with a table and space for 8. This will be the place to gather around a nice meal after a long day to recount the days events and laugh over all the memories made. The dining space is open to the living area with large TV (cable - English/Spanish) and comfy seating. From here, you can see out onto the outdoor terrace through the dual sliding doors. Out on the terrace, there is a table and chairs for 6, a large umbrella and a great view of the pool nearby.
On the main floor, you'll also find the first bedroom. With king bed and full bathroom, this is perfect place for a couple or those with mobility issues. Between this bedroom and the front door, you'll also have access to a half bathroom, great for visitors.
Head up to the second floor where you'll find the second bedroom. In this large room with high ceilings, there are two queen beds, lots of closet space and a full bathroom with walk-in shower and stone counter tops.
Lastly, the master bedroom is also on the second floor and will be your oasis of relaxation. The first thing you'll notice is how large the space is. There is a king sized bed, flat screen smart tv and high ceilings creating a large open feel. Just off the bed, there are dual sliding doors opening onto a large balcony with seating for two, a great place to enjoy morning coffee or unwind after a long day with evening cocktails. Feeling tense after a long day at the beach? Head into the master bathroom where you'll find a wonderful large jetted tub. There is also a walk-in shower for your comfort and great stone counters.
The common space of the MayaMar Villas has a large pool with small palapa and some loungers for you to enjoy and soak up that wonderful Caribbean sunshine. However, once you feel like going out, you are walking distance to historic 5th Avenue with all of it's restaurants, shops and bars, a definite "must do". Want to head over the the beach? Grab a few of the beach chairs and grab a taxi for quick access, or walk over for a bit of extra exercise. All in all, this villa is ideally situated for you to enjoy all aspects of Playa del Carmen!!
