“Casa de Paz” which translates to House of Peace is a Southwestern-themed retreat for couples, travel nurses, small families, work from home guests, and/or anyone looking to bask in the AZ sun and take in all that the desert has to offer!
The unit can sleep up to 4 guests comfortably. King size bed in the master bedroom & queen bed in the spare room. Both have lush cotton bed linens and pillows, with duvet inserts. Master has large walk-in closet.
60" smart TV with surround sound in the living room. Guests can access Netflix/Hulu services w/ their own personal accounts and devices. HDMI cable is provided.
Office space has a perfect set-up for work from home guests, equipped with desk, rolling chair, reliable high speed internet access, and a beautiful view out to the patio.
Glass sliding door from the office leads to large outdoor fully-fenced patio with ample seating where you will have access to the built-in island grill and sink. You will be surrounded by beautiful southwest landscape, including a large palm tree, saguaro cactus, and citrus trees.
Fully-stocked kitchen includes: stainless steel pots and pans, Keurig coffee maker, crock pot, waffle maker, toaster, etc that can be found in the beautifully crafted southwestern armoire.
Stackable washer & dryer inside unit.
Access to garage.
Absolutely NO SMOKING of any kind on premises. $500 smoke abatement fee.
Pet-friendly accommodations made with a $200 non-refundable pet fee (no damage from pets please). I love dogs! But, please pick up & clean up after your pets so I can continue to allow other pet parents to enjoy this space.
