This recently renovated, 1 bedroom, 1 bath, second-floor, secluded condo is nestled in the heart of Stone Harbor -- 1.5 blocks to the 99th Street pristine beach, and 1.5 blocks to quaint 96th Street. Just park your car and RELAX!!

Ideal for couples, this bright and airy 400-square foot condo features an open-concept living space and complete cook's kitchen. A separate, large bedroom with Queen bed, flat screen TV and blackout shades allows you to get your best night's sleep. The attached spa bath with oversized shower, dual sinks and skylight completes the space.

Amenities such as cable, 5G WIFI, and a dedicated workspace allows you to check-in remotely. After a full day at the beach, rinse off in the private, outside shower. Enjoy a cocktail (or two) on the balcony while taking in breathtaking sunset views.

Two (2) beach tags, (2) beach chairs, (1) beach umbrella are provided for your stay.
