Perfect location at 39 St on the OCEAN side of West Ave. 2 blocks from one of the least crowded beaches on the island. Talk to the owner and get a free Hobie cat/catamaran ride [see picture]. Short walk to 34th Street Stores/restaurants. Acme, Wawa, CVS, tennis courts, and huge playground. Uncle Bills Pancake house @ 40th street
Large Master bedroom with 2 double-size beds with 1/2 master bathroom. 2nd bedroom with two twins and queen-size sleeper sofa. Newly remodeled fully equipped kitchen.
Exterior and interior shower [enclosed] - Hot and Cold to wash off the beach sand! Beach chairs and umbrellas available for your use. Beach tags included with additional deposit for anyone older than 12 years old and will be returned at the end of your stay. Enclosed garage for secure storage e.g bike storage.
