Summary: I rented this home for myFriends 50th birthday celebration for 5 of us. Communication with the owner was amazing. He is very prompt in responding. When we arrived the house was just like the pictures. Although the neighborhood is going through gentrification it was a nice spot. All in all it was a nice spot but I do wish he’d add entertainment for the large backyard space. Once he does this it will be a perfect spot to hangout.
