Positive: The location is fantastic!! Walkable to everything in downtown Jackson and very convenient. The staff was kind and helpful, the lobby is beautiful in the winter, and the breakfast that was included was great.

Negative: The pillows are very high and with neck issues, I slept on an extra blanket instead of a pillow as they didn’t have any other options when we asked. Our AC unit was extremely loud so we didn’t use it. It also made the room very hot so we had to unplug it most of the time.

Summary: I absolutely recommend this property for a great location and price and would come back, hoping with just a few tweaks t
