Perfect for families, or several couples, our home has plenty of light and a wrap around deck with a marsh and ocean view. It is a mere 5 minute walk to popular Red River Beach. The upper story has an open concept kitchen, dining and living area, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The lower floor contains two more bedrooms and a bath, as well as a billiard room with TV. You can enter the house through the beach room , after enjoying the hot water in the outdoor shower. There is an outdoor gas grill on the deck and a big lawn for games! Kismet has central air conditioning and heating for your comfort, and a gas log fireplace for coziness. We'd love to share it with you!

Summary: Great location, walking distance to Red River beach. House is roomy and comfortable, including beds. Plenty of kitchenware and all basic appliances. Would have liked more upfront info on stocked pantry items, and printed info on smart TV system.Caretakers very responsive to requests.
