Summary: Neither hot tubs were working and no one was able to use the slides because they didn’t have staff to watch them. The staff they did have were fully clothed and you couldn’t tell who the lifeguards are. To top it off the place was so cold I was in a sweater and had put on a bathrobe on top of that to stay warm in the water park.
