Located inside the safe 24/7gated community called El Cielo the condo is in a lovely condo complex called SÁas-Kib featuring a swimming pool and lush grounds.
- Nice residential area to walk, bike or jog around
- A 10-minute walk to the beach and Le Petite Lafitte Hotel & Beach Club, which offers loungers, sunbeds & use of their pool in exchange for consumption of food and drink at their yummy restaurant!
- A 7-min drive to downtown Playa del Carmen & the famous 5th Avenue, lined with restaurants, shops, bars, and entertainment. This is a pedestrian walk street with tons to see and do!
- Golf nearby in either direction at El Cameleón or Gran Coyote Golf Course

Getting Around:
Guests have free parking on the premises which makes it very easy to get around the area. The condo is about 50 km or 31 miles from the Cancun International Airport (CUN) and is located in a gated residential area called Residencial El Cielo.
Please take note: Although the El Cielo area where the condo is located is a beautiful place to stay, it should be mentioned however that it’s a bit far from the famous 5th Avenue tourist zone in downtown Playa. The El Cielo subdivision is located just off the main freeway, so it’s best to have a car to move around freely or find a means of public transportation.

Other Things to Note:
This condo has 2 comfortably furnished rooms and 2 full bathrooms. The place can accommodate 4 people.
- Wi-Fi, Smart TV, beach & bath towels and bed linens are provided free during your stay.
- We provide a few basic essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive like some bottled drinking water, soap, shampoo & some toilet paper. But please note, these are not refilled during your stay. If you need more, you can pick these items up at Walmart or a convenience store.
- Electricity is included for short term stays.
- For stays of 180+ days guests will pay for their electricity consumption based on the meter readings at check-in and check-out at a $6 MXN fee per KW.
- Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
Lastly, long-term stays are available. There’s plenty of laptop-friendly workspaces and WiFi so it’s great for the remote worker!
The local team works from Monday to Saturday from 9am to 5pm and on Sunday only in case of emergency.
HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis, or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters will be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture
- Pets are not allowed.
- Please avoid hanging towels or clothes on the balcony/terrace railings.
- It is requested to use the safe box for all your valuables. We will not be held responsible for any loss or theft.
- We ask that you please adhere to the rules of the condo complex during your stay. You’ll be required to acknowledge and sign upon arrival.

You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but if you have any questions or concerns we’re available 7 days a week from 8 am until midnight! Just send us a message via the booking platform you used to make your reservation.
