The condo is on the 3rd floor but with the parking garage being on the first floor you are really 4 stories above the resort pools and gorgeous landscaping. The balcony gets shade during the summer months and warm sun during the winter months.
One huge advantage of this condo is both bedrooms have an ocean view and a sliding glass door to the balcony and its in the center of the building so you are not looking at the side of the building next door or have one bedroom facing the parking lot.
At night when the ocean goes dark, you'll have amazing views of the beautifully lit pools and landscaping while taking in the ocean breeze. Wander outside to the nearby “Swim” restaurant and swim-up bar with its friendly staff, or follow the beautifully landscaped path to the beach for a dip in the ocean or a massage. Head out to the pickleball/tennis courts conveniently located on-site, enjoy the putting green, or hit the state-of-the-art fitness center just outside your condo. Guest bedroom has been updated with all new furniture.

Two of the main pools are heated during the winter as well as the hot tubs. The pool by the Swim bar is chilled in the summer.
