This updated condo features a fully equipped kitchen, open floor plan to living & dining area, a washer, dryer, dishwasher, central air & entrance through the private courtyard where you can store your beach items, then walk up the steps to the private deck where you can gain access to the Living Room. The Master Bedroom offers a King bed, TV, and private full bath with shower/tub combo. The 2nd Bedroom has 2 Queen beds & a TV. The hall bath features a shower stall. There is a TV and new sofa in the living room. (3 televisions: 1-cable and 2-streaming). Wifi & internet are provided. Property has Keurig and automatic drip coffee makers. The private courtyard features top notch outdoor seating with large table and 8 highchairs for a great outdoor dining and boat watching experience. Fantastic views of the sunset and the Sunday evening fireworks. Building Amenities include 2 parking spots (1 assigned & 1 unassigned), outdoor pool, and boat slip (directly in front of the courtyard – proof of insurance required) that can accommodate up to a 25 ft. watercraft (nearest free public boat launch is just 20 blocks south).
