A stylish spot in historic downtown Charleston 2 blocks from the Battery that is furnished luxury house located in the heart of historic downtown. Lovely open floor plan with spacious rooms and dedicated work space. Totally modern kitchen with large island, ice machine, wine cooler and fully stocked for even the most picky of chefs. Spacious outdoor patio with outdoor dining and large gas grill.
The second floor has King and 2 queens with fully renovated bathrooms and large closet space.

Designer decorated luxury comfortable house that is fully up to all standards with high speed internet, Sonos sound system, alarm security system, remote gas fire place and all new TVs throughout. The house is equipped with all linens, towels, beach towels and beach chairs as well.
The dining room seats 6 and very spacious for hosting guests as well. The living room and kitchen are open with easy access to parking for loading and unloading any needed items.
The 2nd floor features two guest rooms each with a very comfortable queen bed and large closets. The rooms are connected with a shared bathroom with dual sinks and shower. The third bedroom can connect to the master being very open or you will have to use the second bedroom as a passage way. The smaller laundry is in the stairwell landing in a closet.
