Situated on two intersecting canals that are great for catching Redfish, Black Drum, Speckled Trout, and the occasional Alligator Gar. Large kitchen and living room lead to a large covered deck and fishing dock where the ocean breeze awaits. All amenities to cook and entertain. We provide three (3) Kayaks for our guest to use during their visit. The canals are just a short paddle to Salt Lake and Copano Bay. Private boat ramp for you to launch your boat with a deck built lower to the water to make it easier to get in and out of your boat with a fish cleaning stand that has both running water and electricity. Underwater green light/lights help bring in the fish. Backyard is fully fenced with a charcoal and propane grill that allow you to cook while fishing. House is single level so no going up and down the stairs.
