**FYI - we had major flooding during the July 4th flooding in the hill country. Unfortunately, our palapa/tiki hut was washed away. The beach is now completely fixed but the palapa will not be rebuilt until Feb. 2026.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at the house. I took my grandchildren and we had a wonderful time! They enjoyed swimming and fishing. I enjoyed my coffee in the sunroom facing the lake! My favorite thing to do! Thank you!
