A brand new split AC and heat pump were installed which heats down to outside 5 degrees F. It has a big pellet oven and a gas heater, it is located in the center of 4 close by ski resorts, Cannon, Loon, Bretton Woods and Burke!

Summary: The property was quiet, peaceful and beautiful. Day trips to the kangamangus and great fishing. Close to a Wal mart which was super convenient. Owner super nice and responsive
