Positive: House itself was really cute and very comfortable, great beds, cute kitchenware, liked having the land around the property (never saw anyone during our stay but firewood is sold right across from the house).

Negative: Way too many emails & texts from the hosts; something was wrong with the code to get into the house- both times we needed to get in it took probably 15+ times of doing the code, eventually worked but something definitely wrong and person troubleshooting did not seem to be very knowledgeable, could use a little more thorough cleaning (open beer can under couch with beer, dirty dishes in cupboard), ice maker not working (called and was told that wasn't part of our amenities), fine if it doesn't work but should at least provide ice trays (or a bag of ice) at this price point.

Summary: Very cute, comfortable house. With some minor fixes, could easily be a 10
