Summary: The location of the property is excellent. The pool area is very nice and well maintained. The beach was great in front as well. We rented a car, but walked whenever we wanted to go to a restaurant or go shopping. The small Xaman-Ha ruins are across the street. We saw agoutis, some coatis, and some iguanas on the grounds, which we definitely appreciate. The AC was great. The beds were comfortable. Check-in was a breeze. If there was downside, it was that, while the listing includes sleeping for six, the dining table and couch in front of the TV only accommodate four. This is reflected in the photos of the listing, but I just didn't consider it until arrival.
