Yo Haus Covid-19 procedures--
We continue our normal deep cleaning of the home in between stays with added attention to high-touch areas and surfaces such as door knobs, light switches, knobs, etc. with CDC approved disinfectant products.
Although the CDC has no evidence of the virus living in water, we change or shock our water in our hot tub after each stay.
The City of Fredericksburg has mandated new laws and requirements for STRs (short-term rentals)
Parking is limited to onsite parking plus only the curb parking directly in front of the Yo Haus- total of 4 vehicles can be accommodated
Occupancy is limited to two guests per bedroom for total of 4 guests.
Noise level must be kept to respectable minimum. Please remember you are a guest staying in a neighborhood with real neighbors. Quiet time is from 10pm to 7am.
Violations of these and other new restrictions are fineable offenses.
2 bedroom, 2 Bathroom Bungalow in Quiet Old Neighborhood 1 1/2 blocks off of West Main Street. If you are a bird lover and a nature lover this is the place for you. The kitchen is stocked with utensils, plates, glassware, and basic condiments for your use~ coffee and condiments are provided ~NOTE--due to no kitchen vent,, stovetop frying and oven broiling are not allowed ~ wi-fi, Netflix, and cable T.V. Screened in porch in front for quiet morning coffee as you listen to the distant church bells on the hour. Beautiful private backyard with hot tub for four, and pergola with a beautiful wine wall, fountain, fire pit to enjoy the birds and serenity. Master bedroom has brass queen bed with private bath and clawfoot tub. Second bedroom has cable TV, double bed and access to full bathroom with walk-in shower across the hall. Yo Haus is the perfect little spot to enjoy the ambiance and charm of Fredericksburg. Close but not too close to all the downtown activity. Are you celebrating a special event on your visit?
