The house is easily accessible to everyone via stairs or custom commercial elevator. There is high speed internet, wi-fi and plenty of HD televisions for viewing: including a 76 inch TV with surround sound. The layout is spacious and carefree with over 4000 square feet of air conditioned living space. Plenty of room for everyone plus plenty of privacy to get away.
The main living, dining and kitchen area is located on level 2. It forms an "L" around a large outdoor dining patio with views in all directions. This level also has two king guest bedrooms (each with balcony) and a full bath.
The romantic master bedroom suite with open beam ceiling is privately tucked away on the third floor. It has his and her bath rooms, a separate living room, mini kitchen and two large outdoor covered patios, one waterside overlooking Florida Bay.
The ground floor apartment compliments the rest of the house. The living room and full kitchen overlook the water. There is a large king guest room with sunny outdoor patio and full bath.
Located at mile marker 86, the house is close to all the Keys has to offer: world-class sport fishing, swim with the dolphins at Theater of the Sea, snorkel or dive at a coral reef, boat out to the sand bar, charter a boat for deep-sea fishing, go back-country fishing in Florida Bay. Enjoy live music at one of the many waterfront restaurants or spend the afternoon at the Village of Islamorada Founders Park with its Olympic-size pool, kids water park, sandy beach, tennis/pickle ball courts, ball fields, and more.
