Summary: The check-in was frustrating. There’s information about valet on the website and I called ahead same day as check-in to inquire about it and received information, but when I got there the front desk told me there was no valet and to park in public parking behind the building. The parking behind the building was closed as well, so we had to walk in the rain with our luggage. Even if that was a one-off day where they don’t have valet, the guy on the phone told me that you’re only allowed to check your car out once a day. If that’s true, that’s ridiculous.
