This Spanish Colonial Revival bungalow is situated in the beautiful Gulf Hills community, and is a five-minute walk from the Gulf Hills Resort, which provides golf and tennis, and Italy Terrace restaurant and bakery. Local wildlife, including blue herons, egrets, box turtles, and numerous bird species inhabit Gulf Hills. This neighborhood is ideal for walking and running, and Gulf Hills neighbors are friendly to visitors.
This property is 2.2 miles from downtown Ocean Springs restaurants, bars, boutiques, beaches, and Saturday farmers' market, and 5 miles from downtown Biloxi casinos, bars, restaurants, MGM stadium and beaches. Restaurants and easy access to golf, tennis, kayaking, and fishing are a just a few minutes' walk away.
