Summary: Unfortunately for this hotel they had water heaters which were large water heaters sitting in the middle of the first floor. There was no handicap access for my Mom because the elevator was broken. We had to climb to the second floor to get to our room and take our luggage. My handicap Mom also had two climb the stairs. I did ask for a room on the first floor and the front desk associate said there were not any. Since I had purchased the room through hotels.com there is nothing they can do.
