Even more trendy restaurants and boutiques, popsicle, macaron, and chocolate stores, plus Trader Joe’s on Lowest Greenville are also only one mile from our doorstep. For more exercise, the Santa Fe trail is only 0.5 mile from our doorstep, leading in one direction to White Rock Lake (2 mi), and the other direction straight to Downtown (3mi) by way of hip and artsy Deep Ellum - another amazing stop for food and beverage. Our cozy front porch is perfect for morning coffee and evening unwinding. Whatever you find in the pantry/ laundry room is yours to use and enjoy. Parking is available in the gate protected driveway, or on the street.
