Several majestic trees were conserved during construction and combined with new landscaping to accent and embrace the polished, mid-century brutalist inspired, corrugated patterned concrete facade. On the ground floor there is a one bedroom apartment that faces the front garden and pool and a studio with views of the backyard garden and lounge. A staircase beside the pool takes you to the second storey studio penthouse which features a private deck with and outdoor shower, and a main deck with an outdoor kitchen and dining area as well as a separate lounge. The pool area features a shaded lounge area and an outdoor shower. In the back yard there is a tiled dining table that seats six, and hammocks in the front yard.
