Summary: First off, the inn is private, clean and cozy, and minutes away from downtown. Our room had patio access, a fireplace, and kitchenette. Beds are comfortable, AC worked great, and the hosts were responsive before and during the trip. It felt like an airbnb type experience. The location was safe and quiet and the suite had lots of amenities. The front desk even had dvd's to rent out and our room had a "night sky" effect at nighttime. Customer service was poor and incomplete and we found a roach in the bathroom resulting in a lower grade.
