Come rest and relax at Casa Sunshine! A beautiful little house in the sleepy town of Chan Chemuyil, nestled between Tulum and Playa Del Carmen. On the edge of the jungle, Casa Sunshine is a 15-20 minute walk(5 minutes drive) to one of the best beaches on the coast or a short drive to many others. Come to Mexico and live like a local!
We are located a short 15 minutes north of Tulum, conveniently located to the new Tulum airport.
There are two bedrooms and one bath. There is a private pool in the back of the house. I keep a property manager who will get you settled in and be there for you should you have any concerns or problems. There are 2 bikes for your use. The house has AC and ceiling fans throughout. Chan Chemuyil hosts 3 cenotes within walking distance and the sweet pueblo of Chemuyil is a short 1.2k away (18 mn. walk), where you can find restaurants, street food and a coffee shop and more. You will find the experience of being here with a car easier, but it is doable on foot with the help of public transport very close by.
