Positive: The hotel had no record or note of the breakfast that I paid for so I did not receive breakfast on either morning. I was attending a conference and was not able to contact you at the time. I expect a credit for the breakfast. I did not receive.

Negative: They had no record of the breakfast I purchased with my room.
