The historic Irish Hill neighborhood is right in the middle of all Louisville and Bourbon Country has to offer. Enjoy a weekend at the races at Churchill Downs or make this your Bourbon Trail base camp! Local coffee shops, restaurants, and pubs surround our home. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. Business travelers will love the proximity to downtown and the convention center. Soccer, baseball, and concert fans will find themselves just minutes from Lynn Stadium, Louisville Slugger Field, and the KFC Yum! Center.
The home features a comfortable living space, free in unit laundry, 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom, a dining area for 4, and a marvelous functional kitchen.

We have some basic patio furniture, but we do recommend bringing some "easy-to-move" bag chairs for any groups larger than 4.
