Summary: The pros: location is fantastic, nice amenities (pool, washer/dryer, stocked kitchen, beach chairs and bike available for use, pool floaties), big enough for a large family. The cons: the house is tired and feels like it's been a vacation rental for 10 years without any upgrades. The beds are not good quality or comfortable, cheap sheets/linens, old couches, washing machine needs to be repaired, bikes that were provided had flat tires and need repairs, hot water tank squeals and is very loud, one cheap plastic lounger by the pool, etc. It is Mexico but at the same time, the home is on the expensive side so we expected a little better quality.
