Summary: The whole trip was tainted by the bait and switch done with our rooms. We booked and prepaid for a room with 2 beds. We found out, while trying to check in digitally, that queen beds werent available due to renovations, and that we were put in a room with a king bed and pull out sofa bed. If we had been informed of the renovations, we would have stayed at a different property. As it was, this almost 50 year old with a broken tailbone had to sleep on the very uncomfortable sofa bed. Unacceptable bait and switch on their part. Update your listing to accurately reflect your availability OR email ahead so we know.
