Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Location to where my meetings were at was convenient

Negative: Upon arrival , the suite I paid for had sewage backup. After I called front desk, the only option I had was wait for it to be cleaned to . The smell was too much to bear, they downgraded my room from king suite room to a smaller room. The front desk waived 20 dollar breakfast charge but no return of price difference of the room I booked to where I stayed was offered.

Summary: It was not a pleasant stay I left without staying the second night but paid both nights at much higher rate. Holiday inn
