Positive: Staff were helpful and friendly. The room was clean and very comfortable.

Negative: I was disappointed that the 'restaurant' was only for breakfast. It should mention in the description that there is only breakfast service. I also booked the 'airport shuttle' for 3:30 am the next morning as I had a very early flight. They do not have a dedicated airport shuttle, only a taxi that they call if someone needs to go to the airport. Even though I had made a shuttle reservation, they called more than 2 taxis in the morning who refused to come. One driver finally agreed but, I was about 40 minutes late...quite stressful.
