Summary: The person checking us in couldn't even get up off of his ass to speak to us during check in. No hello, or greeting, simply.....ID. The hotel itself is fine. We've stayed there before and likely will again. The employee checking us in on 12/30 at 6:00 could stand to be taught some customer service skills.
