Positive: The booking was simple, the staff were friendly, and the pod was clean.

Negative: It was extremely poorly signed. There were no instructures on the pod functional controls, it was pitch black when I had to try to figure it out. After I returned to the front desk, a guy showed up who showed me how to open the pod. I would have preferred if one side had been just for women, it was like a youth hostel. It would be nice if there was a discount for the upper pods.
