Summary: Nerolimiro is probably the most unique and well designed property I’ve ever stayed at. It’s difficult to properly describe how striking the property is in person. Fernanda, our property liaison, was incredibly attentive and hospitable, even with us arriving on New Year’s Eve. And the location in La Veleta couldn’t have been anymore convenient.The one thing that I know can (and will) be improved is the plumbing issues we encountered. One of the showers (located on the top floor) had major water pressure issues the majority of our stay. For the first 3-4 days it was basically unusable due to how low the pressure was (i.e., slowly dripping from the shower head). While the property team was swift to acknowledge it, it did take several days to resolve, which was unfortunate.Regardless, I’d still stay here again if I return to Tulum.
