Summary: The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood and conveniently located to many restaurants and shops. It is cozy and nicely furnished. Both booking and check in were simple. Unfortunately cleanliness was a huge issue. Literally everything needed attention except the bedsheets and the bathroom sink. We spent several hours cleaning and Katie, the host, did have a vacuum cleaner and Swiffer wet mop dropped off for us. She offered to have the place cleaned again but at that point we had already unpacked and didn't feel comfortable having someone come in. She also promised to refund our cleaning fee but that never happened. I sent many messages that went unanswered trying to resolve all the issues before leaving a less than positive review. However we never heard from her again after the vacuum and mop were dropped off. It's too bad because the place definitely has potential but needs a house cleaner and property manager who do their jobs.
