Electricity & Internet outages are a reality in Tulum and completely out of our control. If our guests experience these outages, we apologize in advance, but Stella Rentals cannot be held responsible for this inconvenience.
Also note that Tulum is undergoing development, so you could hear construction noise during the day from surrounding developments.
Some bottled water, bed linens, and beach & bath towels are provided free during your stay. Also let us know if you need airport transport, we can help arrange it for you!

The pool was built with local materials, you may find the pool water may not be as clear blue due to this reason, even though it's been recently cleaned.
We also provide a few essentials to make you feel at home when you arrive like toilet paper, soap, and shampoo but please note that these are not refilled during your stay. When you run out, you'll need to purchase more.
Electricity is included for short-term stays (2-27 nights). Please help us save energy by using the AC wisely and keeping the temperature at 25°C. Electricity is not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more and will be charged as consumed based on a $6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW.
There's no daily housekeeping but If you need a cleaning service during your stay, it can be arranged for an extra feel Please let us know in advance. This service does not include changing the bed linens or towels; that's an add-on service.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed in the condo. The use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties/events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters will be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Please avoid hanging towels or clothes on the balcony/terrace railings.
- Pool and common area regulations and opening hours have to be respected. The use of musical devices in common areas is prohibited. Glass/bottles, food, and coolers are not allowed in the pool. The use of disposable or plastic glasses is allowed.
Interaction with Guests:
You can check yourself in using the keypad to enter the gate and the lockbox code for the key. The codes will be provided to you within a day of your arrival.
