There is also an open loft area on the second floor that overlooks the living room that is equipped with a trundle bed that sleeps two children. This home sleeps 4 people comfortably and can accommodate up to 6 people. Please note that there is only 1 full bath in the home. The home is approximately 1300 sf. There is air conditioning only in the two bedrooms.

The cabin enjoys water frontage on Cork Cove where the Kennebeck River meets the Eastern River. The river can be accessed by the property, however, please note that the access is via a hill that slopes downward from the cabin.
It should also be noted that the river is tidal. There are regular fluctuations in water levels with incoming and outgoing tides. Plan accordingly if you venture out or else you may find yourself dragging your kayak through the mud!
