Summary: This is definitely a no frills type of place. We did not have a great experience here. Until we brought it up to the property manager, we had almost no water pressure and no hot water (it was never turned on). Once we discovered that this was not usual, they got both fixed. One day we got home to a flooded kitchen and part of the living room. Apparently, this was from a strong rain during the day. We think the wifi for the house was the neighbors and not password protected. The wifi that was listed for the house never did have a password that worked. The neighborhood dogs were certainly an issue, as other reviewers have said. On the plus side, the property managers, Patricio and Elena, were great. Also the beach that was in walking distance was beautiful, one of the best along the coast.
