Summary: The front desk staff were horrible, super slow and not helpful at all. Manager did not help us after 35 minutes waiting for our 2 rooms to be adjacent. Only one person at the front desk with very much 7 people trying to check in and out. The staff in the restaurant were a lot more friendly and helpful than the front desk. Most of the lights in one of our room didn’t work.
