Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Conveniently located between St. Petersburg and Tampa downtown with ample parking. The renovated room was clean, comfortable, and offered a water view. Starbucks is available on the ground floor for coffee and sweets.

Negative: The elevators are very slow. The pool was closed for renovations. The hotel is isolated on a highway, but it's suitable if you have a car. Room windows provided good soundproofing and it was quiet.

Summary: Clean, comfortable, newly renovated, ample parking
