Summary: Staff was generally pleasant. Check in process missed information about basic property amenities and breakfast times. Room cleanliness was not the greatest. Dark curly hairs were in the clean bath towels and didn't see them till after getting out of the shower and wiping myself off - checked the other bath towels that were hanging and they all had the same issue. Tried using the house phone to get more clean towels and the line goes straight to a live feed of the main phoneline. Had to call the hotel from my cell phone to reach someone.
