Positive: Location of the hotel and the front desk assistance was great

Negative: Interior design of the room is older and not fresh. At 11:00 in the morning there was no hot water… I tried to call the front desk with the phone in the room, but it does not work… So I used my cell phone to call the front desk and an hour later they restored hot water to the room with no real apology. or refund. I was told by the front desk that nobody else has complained of this problem… That seems difficult to believe.

Summary: Always a great place to stay for the location but over the years the interior design of room is dull
