Positive: The location was good. The layout of the room was good. The bellboy was very nice and helpful. We were given a room with a nicer view because the original one smelled bad.

Negative: There are no towels available at the pool or beach. None of beach club activities advertised were available. The bathroom floor was not very clean (hair laying around). The front desk staff was not very helpful. The room did not look like the pictures on the website.

Summary: Could have been better.
